We went hiking again last weekend. We decided this time we would try to follow the trail. Color us stupid because we got lost again. The trail is clearly marked in the dirt and grass but once you get to the rocks its easy to lose. After a while we just gave up and decided to make our own way again. I had my camera batteries all charged and ready this time. At the top Dean accidently dropped the camera on the rocks at the top and I thought we were gonna lose the camera but it didn't go anywhere and the camera only ended up with a couple of scratches on it so we got lucky. I hope there are no rattlesnakes bedding down for the winter in those holes! Who had to run back to the group when you did the family photo shot? The countryside from the mountaintop( I use that word loosely)looks so peaceful. I would love to go there often.
