Anniversary Weekend!

Yesterday was Dean and I's 2nd Anniversary! We celebrated by going to Dallas for the weekend. We got up early Saturday morning and drove down. Jag has a doggy door and can come and go whenever she wants, so we gave her extra food and water. We did some sealings in the Dallas Temple which is kind of an anniversary tradition.

 BYU was in Fort Worth playing TCU that day so we met some friends and went to the game. BYU won easily and we had pretty decent seats. 

After the game we went to Texas de Brazil for some Brizilian food. Our reservations were for 7:45 and Dean and I had eaten very little that day to make sure we were ready to fill up at the restaurant. By the time we got to eat we were starving. The food was really good. After dinner we went back to our hotel. We got a piece of cake from the restaurant and ate it in our hotel room. Our hotel had a cool view of downtown. It also had a pool and room service. But our day was pretty nonstop so within 10 minutes of finishing our cake we were both asleep.

 Unfortunately we woke up early and I was anxious to get back home after leaving Jag at home by herself. So we got ready and drove home. We got home around noon and had the rest of the day to relax. Yesterday Dean and I had a candlelight dinner at home and exchanged presents. Dean finally joined the club and got a KU hat for our anniversary. We had a really good anniversary!
